By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
Ato is a lifetime hexagonal exploration tracker that syncs with Apple Health to record your walking, running, and cycling routes on a world map divided into H3 hexagons.

The App accesses health data from Apple HealthKit with your permission. This data is used solely to provide the exploration tracking features. We handle this data in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and our Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ato and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
In no event shall Ato be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
